Property Sales Practitioner

Must present an impressive and professional appearance
• Must demonstrate adherence to established timelines
• Should possess keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in the entire array of Microsoft applications is a requisite
• Expected to have competency in Propctrl software, with support available
• Should be proficient in photo editing software, with support available
• Completion of the post-logbook phase is a non-negotiable criteria. NQF4 qualification would be beneficial, or the applicant should be actively pursuing the NQF4 qualification, for which support is available
• A minimum of one year’s experience as a Candidate Property Practitioner is required
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate is a must
